Black Light Hair Color (2)

The fluorescent hair look caught on when it was discovered that hair color could actually glow and look great. It was a way to transform oneself in more ways than one and look fabulous.
What I love about this look is the mix of colors and the way that those with longer hair have chosen to make mermaid braids that are so brilliantly colorful. And then they turn the lights off and they just glow. It is an unexpected twist on something so seemingly delicate, and I think that is why it is catching on.
Not ready for the commitment? I totally understand, and that's why there are products like neon hair gels that allow you to have glow-in-the-dark hair that lasts one wash and doesn't require you to change your current hair color. It can also be a testing ground for whether or not you want to make this a permanent hair alteration. There are many colors, possibly more than at a salon. So, you can get a real sense for what is out there and what you are in for. Also the fun that comes along with fluorescent locks.

Basically, there are several options at your fingertips before you take the plunge but trust me, once you do, you won’t look back. This will be a super fun hair period, and I believe that you are never too old to experiment with the evolving hair trends. You only get one life, so live it and live it to the fullest. Have fun and good luck!
