Q: I have a question about how to find short highlight extensions for short thinning hair like the kind that Joan Rivers advertised for her hair, to give more fullness to my hair.
 
I have been searching all the hair extension sites, and I can't find any short extensions to put in short hair for fullness. I would appreciate any information that you can give me on this.
