Hair Styling Stick

Q: My favorite product of all time, Aveda Self Control, has been discontinued. I have never seen anything quite like it and desperately need to find something to replace it.

Can you recommend other "stick" like products that will work in its place?

A: The "stick style" wax styling products seemed to be all the rage for a short while, since they offered what promised to be a way to get the smoothing and texture you wanted without getting sticky hands. However, as with some products in the past, sales weren't sufficient to entice the maker to keep up with the product.
