Q: What are good bangs for a square face? Blunt cut bangs, angled bangs, or something else? Maybe no bangs?

A: Individuals with a square face want to soften the "corners" of said square. This means the introduction of curved lines and softness in the style being chosen. So, the individual with a square face would want to incorporate a curved bangs area with the curve arcing around the face.

You might also make a good case for what is called "swooping bangs" with a curved line that arcs to one side specifically creating an asymmetrical look.

This particular curved bangs style is excellent for those with strong or prominent features, or who have an imbalance in the symmetry of their face.
