Here’s a fun example of a sweet and formal hairstyle. The always stylish Taylor Swift looked polished and girly at "The Lorax" premiere on February 19, 2012.

Her look was fun from head to toe! Her naturally curly hair was blown out straight, twisted, and pinned into a low updo. Her sandy blonde locks, being long, gave her stylist plenty to work with.

Taylor's hair was styled intricately, likely divided into two sections: top and bottom. The bottom section was rolled into a wide, low bun, while the top section was twisted and pinned back into the bun.

We love Taylor's super thick bangs. The blunt cut frames her face well, adding an edgy, modern touch to her feminine style. The contrast between flirty and mysterious elements is both inspiring and chic.
