Her hairstyle features trendy, ethereal waves that dare to be barely there, easily achieved by winding sections around a large curling iron away from the face. Despite her hair framing her face, the delicacy of her small earrings remains visible.

The white shiny satin top complements her lovely blue eyes. If I could make two adjustments to Julianne's picture, I would suggest pulling her hair back slightly more from her face and securing it with combs at the back, as well as changing her white top to a pale blue or green.
