At the premiere of "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" on September 18, 2008, in Los Angeles, Piper Perabo appeared rather exhausted. That's what a lot of purse-sized canines can do to a pretty girl! However, her spectacular dress and casual hairstyle rescued her look.

Here's an easy way to recreate Piper's fluffy hairstyle: Start with a chin-length bob that has a slightly beveled cutting line. After washing, part it just slightly off-center and let it air dry.

Once damp, apply some mousse and blow-dry for a couple of minutes from the underside up, scrunching the hair with your fingers. For the finishing touches, use a styling brush to shape the curved bangs.
