On June 6th, 2015, the lovely Joelle Carter attended the Lupus LA Orange Ball and A Night of Superheroes. The fair-haired actress came casual yet chic, clothed in black skinny jeans and a blouse, but she dressed it up with a coordinating jacket and boots.

Joelle's beautiful blonde bob hairstyle, much like other aspects of the actress, is effortlessly stylish. Her bob, all one length, perfectly ends right at the chin, drawing attention to her megawatt smile.

For this event, her hair was styled by combing it over from right to left, providing interest and ensuring that Joelle's bob could never be viewed as boring. This side-swept fringe not only provides interest but is also a great technique if you are growing your bangs out and don't want them to look like a shorter layer.

If you want to jazz up your bob like Joelle's, start by applying heat protectant serum to freshly cleaned, damp hair. Next, blow-dry the hair straight down (at this length, fingers can be used to pull the hair straight) using a tourmaline, ion-generated blow dryer. This is one hot tool you do not want to skimp on when sporting a bob hairstyle.

Dry the hair section by section, making sure it is straight as it dries. When the top section is reached, part the hair off-center, pulling the bangs section over and securing it into place with hair spray.
