On June 4th, 2011, a modest sleeveless black and white number paired with coordinating black peep-toe pumps provided the perfect backdrop for Jessica Chastain's radiant red bob to shine at the Natural Resources Defense Council's Ocean Initiative Benefit hosted by Chanel.
Jessica's hair color is her own, but if you want to replicate her red hair color, it's best to start with a light base color and then apply the tawny tint for optimal results.
To steal her style, begin by applying a blow dry cream with strong hold generously to damp hair. Next, use a tourmaline ionic blow dryer to completely dry the hair and tame any frustrating flyaways.
Once the hair has cooled, part it slightly off-center and comb it over to the right side. Then, use a medium barrel curling iron to achieve Jessica's sensual curls. Section the hair into top and bottom sections.
To curl the hair, take horizontal pieces in each section and wrap them around the hot barrel. Allow the curls to cool before gently running your fingers through them. Finish with a light mist of hairspray and move to the top section. Repeat the curling process and finish with a shine spray to replicate Jessica's resplendent style.
