The stunning and statuesque Jaimie Alexander graced fans with her poised and graceful presence as she paraded down the velvet red carpet for the CTV Upfront in Toronto, Canada on June 4th, 2015.

From her black midriff-baring ensemble with a matching white purse and pumps to her angelic skin and dark-colored hair, Jaimie was truly an eye-catching beauty. The contrast of Jaimie's skin and hair works so well, partly because her hair is on the shorter side.

Her shorter bob hairstyle is fun and flirty with its wavy ways. While her oval-shaped face effortlessly allows her to rock a center part, notice how one side is tucked behind her ear? Before you can get to that part though, one must always begin with applying a heat protectant. Next, heat up the curling wand to the lowest setting and begin by curling the bottom layers horizontally. If you heat the hair up for 20 seconds and it doesn't curl, bump up the heat. After each curl, use a strong hairspray to secure the style.

When the top section is reached, part the hair before curling to ensure that the style will fall the way you want it to. Pick a side to place the decorative barrette and finish off with an overall dousing of hairspray and a shine mist.
