We are in love with Catherine Bell's new haircut. She is yet another celebrity who couldn't resist going under the scissors for an adorable pixie cut! It was only less than 2 months ago that she was still sporting a bob.

She stepped out on the scene with this fun new haircut at the Los Angeles premiere of Disney's new animated movie "Planes" on August 5th, 2013. We think this new short haircut is extremely fresh and flattering for the actress.

The hardest part of getting a pixie cut is making up your mind to do it, but so many stars are transforming effortlessly and gorgeously into these super-short cuts. Bell keeps her strands their signature dark brown color, and the shade complements her skin tone and eyes fabulously.

Her pixie cut is very tapered at the neck and blends up into longer layers and bangs on top. The length on top gives a lot of styling options for such a short hairstyle.

Bell wears her bangs forward and to the side with lots of tousled texture on the top. Longer bangs help frame and add balance to longer-shaped faces, and they also help keep the look feminine and soft. Too cute!
