Carol Alt is celebrating her new book "Eating in the Raw" in New York.

Carol has long golden brown hair, angled on the sides and falling towards her face. No doubt she has golden highlights within her golden brown hair to increase the shimmer of this look.

Her bangs were textured just below her eyes when wet and decreased about half an inch when dry.
