Here is another fabulous and noteworthy medium-length hairstyle from Allison Janney. She wears medium and shorter hairstyles so well.

This thick and lush hairstyle was created when she stepped out to attend the Disney/ABC Summer Press Tour. The length is cut an inch or two above the shoulders. A long bob, also known as a lob, is flattering on most and a good idea for those who are scared to go as short as a classic bob.

Medium to longer length layers are added to take out some weight and give the hairstyle some texture. Our favorite element of this hairstyle is the soft fringe. The bangs are cut just barely past the brow line and are brushed to the side slightly. Her fringe isn't overly thick, so it creates a light and whimsical touch.

Allison's strands are colored a deep, chocolate brown shade that glows. The light hits the locks in different spots and shows off the amazing dimension and shine. We love this darker color for her skin tone as it makes her blue eyes pop. The color adds drama and sophistication to her overall look.

This is a classy hairstyle that works well for casual or dressed-up occasions. Allison wears her brunette-colored hairstyle with a dark navy silk blouse and dark wash jeans, a very laid-back outfit that she dresses up slightly with a bejeweled belt and killer makeup. Allison may be over 50, but she pulls off simple elegance quite easily. We love it!
