Actress and dancer Victoria Rowell traded her thick curls for a feisty short haircut and shared a smile with the
photographers on December 6th, 2002. The metallic tones of her dress and accessories were reflected in her hair that was treated
with a dark silver toner.
In case you wonder how to get this wispy look – the trick is in the cut. The ends of the short bob were
strongly textured. The damp hair should be treated with a strong mousse and then blow dried with medium size round brush, styling
the hair close to the head, but with a swift motion turn the ends out and upward. Fixate with shine enhancing hairspray.
