Actress Jennifer Garner mingled with the crowd at a Hollywood event on February 9th, 2003. Her hair was an amazing mass of long curls that seemed to beg to be touched.
After setting, the curls were arranged with her hands, and individual strands were given an extra curve with a curling iron. A flexible, curl-enhancing spray was misted over the masterpiece for a finishing touch and lasting hold.
