Hats have always been the perfect remedy for a bad hair day. On the L.A. Premiere of the Hannah Montana/ Miley Cyrus concert movie on
January 17th, 2008, Heather Locklear came in from the cold sporting a rustic, brown knitted hat, put on sideways, as
some people still think is fashionable.
At least it kept her left ear warm. Her layered and textured hair was rather uninteresting and flat on that occasion, but it was all
rescued by the light golden shine of her tresses that created a nice contrast to the blue, off the shoulder sweater.
