Calista Flockhart has years taken off her appearance with this super cute short hairstyle!

Her hair is cut right at chin length, with flippy layers cut in throughout. The layers are cut just slightly shorter than the length, which keeps the weight of the cut toward the ends. The hair is parted slightly to the side for an interesting, piecey effect.

There are no bangs, but slightly shorter layers by the face help to frame it beautifully. Strands are flipped out with a curling iron and flicked in different directions for a totally flirty result. We love it!

She showed up in this groovy-looking dress at the My VH1 Music Awards in Los Angeles. The head-to-toe look may be a little retro overkill, but the super sweet hairstyle definitely stands on its own.

Calista's hair color is really on point here as well. The cut is accented by beautiful color choices. Medium brown shades are broken up by light caramel highlights. The highlights are woven in very finely to add a sun-kissed glow to the hair. The color is very natural-looking and complements Flockhart's skin tone and eye color brilliantly.
