Busy women of all ages appreciate haircuts that are easy to style, have options and besides being practical they of course have to be chic and a little charisma does not hurt either. Her blonde tresses were cut in a straight line at shoulder length, the crown was parted in a slightly diffuse line to create a sweeping side fringe and a bit of movement of top. Gel or wax can hold the hair in this shape and out of the face. The dark blonde color looks great with wide and small highlights in a color that is just a few steps lighter than the base.
