Justin Bieber was seen at Nickelodeon's 23rd Annual Kids' Choice Awards on March 27, 2010, and on June 4, 2010, in Midtown Manhattan. It appears he was sporting a long Caesar haircut with his hair clipped in long layers.
His hair was sectioned from the crown and part of the back, then blow-dried around his face, covering heavy portions of his eyes and temples. This hairstyle is popular among tweens, teens, and the young at heart.
On closer inspection, Justin's hair reveals very subtle threads of gold weaving through his attractive light brown hair color.
